RIVA® Virtual Receptionist for schools permits the school staff to perform visitor management and maintain the physical access security from their desktops, inside the secured parameter of the school building. RIVA® Virtual Receptionist for Schools is  a highly customizable and configurable solution that meets closely with specific security requirements of each school. |
Visitors are greeted by the weatherproof vandal resistant Greeting Station outside the locked entrance. The attendant answers the call either using the ‘Answering Station’ software (for two-way audio/video call) or using a normal phone (audio only) to vet the visitor The vetted visitor can be allowed inside the building and given directions by clicking the ‘Open Door’ button on the Answering Station or by punching a security code on the phone. An electronic record along with a picture (optional) is created and kept in the visitor’s log. |

RIVA® Virtual Receptionist is a fully scalable solution and could be installed in a single school building or a campus. Multi building installations can be serviced and managed from a central location.

Additional modules to register visitors, print visitor badges, directions to destinations, outside security view from the answering station and biometric data capture can be added.
DESIGN
The Greeting Station uses e weather proof casing with touch through glass technology to protect the Greeting Station from severe weather conditions and vandal and temper-resistant design.
